Metamorphoses: Sculptures & Assemblage Art by Max Roemer

Spring 2021-early 2022

Located outside the CC and in the main gallery space

Max Roemer’s work exemplifies that art can bring smiles during the most challenging times, and it reminds us that there are many ways to see every situation. A smile, albeit transitory, may ignite a renewed energy or a new perspective. Roemer finds joy in discovering discarded or overlooked things of all kinds. He carefully studies each object, meditating on the many possibilities of another life for it.
